About the Job

Due to recent growth, we are seeking a dedicated professional Customer Support Analyst to join our team.  The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for participating in the day-to-day product support.

For the right person, this position could lead to an expanded role in software implementation and quality assurance testing.

In this position, you will:

-Use your skillsets to troubleshoot Client Issues in a timely manner

-Serve as a first responder to client requests and act as liaison between customer and Accountek

-Keep Clients informed of progression with issues and provide follow up as necessary through written or verbal communications.

-Review existing software documentation provide suggested updates

-Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients

-other duties may be assigned

 

Job Qualifications:

-High School Diploma required.

-Accounting or Business Degree/Diploma and/or experience is preferred

-Excellent, effective, and clear verbal and written communication skills

-Courteous and professional phone manner, demeanor, and attitude are essential

-Customer service experience preferably in the software industry

-Experience in different accounting software applications

-Strong PC and system navigation skills, in a Windows-based environment.   Account Management and password resets.

-Some knowledge of Mac OS system and navigation preferred

-Excellent organizational, time management, punctuality and customer service skills

-Must be able to work independently as well as coordinate efforts with other team members

-Good team player, yet willing to take personal responsibility for resolution of issue

-Must be willing to work 9am to 5pm weekdays (Monday-Friday) and some Holidays
