The
following section includes some sample Report Writer templates
that can be used with Connected. Templates can be designed
by users or Accountek can prepare Report Writer templates
for you at minimal costs. Contact our Support Department
at 888-414-2196 to request a quote on a new report template
or to convert an old one from a previous version of Connected.
Report templates are an excellent way to export specific data that cannot be found on standard Connected reports.

Customer Export - 04/01/2007
This report outputs customer information in the order
that is required for importation back into Connected.
This is useful for exporting data to another program (such
as a spreadsheet) for performing mass updates (such as
updating customer bank accounts) and then reimporting
back into Connected.

UPS Address Export - 04/01/2007
This report can be used for exporting customer card information
for import into the UPS Shipping system.

Vendor Export - 04/01/2007
This report outputs vendor information in the order that
is required for importation back into Connected. This
is useful for exporting data to a spreadsheet so that
changes can be made for a mass update import of all vendors.

Finished Goods - 04/01/2007
This report generates a list of all inventory items (finished
goods) that were manufactured during the specified period.
The report is set to display a date range of 01/01/07
to 04/30/07. The report will subtotal the manufacturing
qty/location/cost of each master item that was manufactured
during the date range applied.

InventoryExport - 04/01/2007
This report exports inventory iteminformation in the order
that is required for importation back into Connected.
This is useful for exporting data to another program (such
as a spreadsheet) for performing mass updates and then
reimporting back into Connected.

InventoryAvailable - 04/01/2007
This report outputs the part number, description, PO quantity,
SO quantity, On-Hand quantity, Committed quantity, and
Available quantity for all non-service inventory items.
