System Requirements

View the most current Connected system requirements. This page is is regularily updated and can help answer questions about new operating systems, network configurations, and third party applications.

Software Updates
Download the latest versions of Connected and other files. Next time you need an update just download it online! Please note that program updates are encrypted and require passwords. Only customers with current support contracts are able to install them.

Online Training and Additional Services
Additional services are also available that are not included in standard support contracts. These services include training, installation, custom report generation/data exports, company specific documentation, and data recovery

Report Faults and Suggest Enhancements
Fill out an on line form to report bugs that you have discovered and suggest possible enhancements to Connected. We value your input.

We have several different support options available to Connected users. We offer an unlimited package where you receive unlimited technical support and program updates for a year.
